Choose your pleasure!  We offer our ski in/ski out condo at the base of Boyne Mtn. OR a new 2,200 ft. home in Boyne City overlooking Lake Charlevoix with beach and walk to town! 5 miles to Boyne Mtn. for skiing.   Bar / restaurant hopping is sometimes more fun than staying at the Mountain, especially with our good friends, the Charlevoix County Sheriff out there!

The Condo: Virtually 100’ from the chairlift & Avalanche Bay, Midwest's largest indoor waterpark. Our condo is 3/3, or 2 bed/2 bath totally updated with new paint, carpet, kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, granite tv, dvd.  We are in the letter condo's 534 J.  These "letter" condominiums are far more convenient than Disciples Ridge or The Cabins as you are within easy walking distance AND PARKING of the lodge, lift and restaurant.  If you choose Disciples Ridge, you'll have to drive AND find parking! TAKE A VIRTUAL TOUR HERE!  NOTE, WE SOMETIMES KEEP & USE 1 BEDROOM AND BATH FOR OURSELVES.  IF YOU WISH TO RENT 2 BEDROOMS INSTEAD OF 3 FOR LESS RENT, LET US KNOW!

The Boyne City / Lake Charlevoix home:   5 miles to Boyne Mtn for skiing!  This is a brand new home, 2,200 ft. a 2 block walk to downtown Boyne City.  First floor master bed. with master bath, second bedroom with a queen.   Downstairs has laundry with a second full bath.  9' ceilings with a 42" HDTV / dvd & high speed internet.   The great room is huge with 4 barstools and panoramic views of Lake Charlevoix.  Upstairs features two rooms, a bonus room for the kids (with queen bed and futon for another double bed ) and the third bedroom with three queen beds and a third full bath!  The Boyne City beach is across the street too!

If one is booked try the other.  For skiing, although it's fun to be a ski in / ski out, it's sometimes as much fun to be able to walk to downtown Boyne City too!

Ride the trolley!  Boyne now has a trolley that goes between the Mountain and Boyne City for you partiers.  Now you can stretch out at our home in Boyne City and take the trolley to the mountain if you wish (in case you throw too many back and don't need a DUI ticket).  The trolley is in Boyne City on the bottom of the hour and the mountain on the top of the hour.  Contact the Chamber for specifics or 231-547-9088, Charlevoix Limo.
