* Summer daily rates weekday are $175 / night; weekends (Fri & Sat nights $200 / night). 2 night minimum * Summer rate for one week $1,399, Saturday to Saturday.	* Summer holiday rates: Mem wknd, July 4th, Labor Day, 1,500/week. Weekly rental preferred but will look at a long weekend during holidays.
* Winter rates weekends: are a 2 night minimum and are $299/night, except holidays.	* Winter rates mid week $150/night, 2 night min.
* Winter holiday rates $489/night: Christmas 12/25 - 1/7, M.L.K. 1/12-14th , Pres. weeks 2/16-3/3, Crazy Days; 3/16-3/18, 3 night min. stay	* Check in time is 3:00, check out is 11:00 a.m. NO EXCEPTIONS
* All fees above are subject to a $75 cleaning fee in addition to rent.	* Rates are for a max of 8. Additional people over 8 are $20 extra per day. Too much wear and tear.

This is our second home so it has all the extra family stuff like games, movies, spices, condiments in the frig including beer and pop. Just replace what you use!
Cancellations: 50% refund within one month, 25% within two weeks. No refunds within one week of arrival. If we can rent it we are happy to refund 100%. We make every attempt to rent the unit.
