WATERPARK:  Don't waste your money staying at Avalanche Bay.  The rooms are similar to a hotel, small AND expensive.  Besides, you're not going to use the water park all of the time.  You have far more room in our 1,350 ft. condo only 100 yds. from the Mountain Grand Lodge.  If you want to buy a pass for you and/or the kids then it's far cheaper to stay at our condo then buy your waterpark pass when you need it.

SKIING:  We are 100' from the Boyneland lift in the "Mountain Villa condos, J building. The Mountain Villa condos are the ONLY SKI IN SKI OUT condo's.  These are the original condo's located within walking distance to the lodge and lift.  If you stay AT DISCIPLES RIDGE you'll have to drive over a mile and park!  There are a few slopeside condo's but most must drive and / or take a long walk.

Tubing: Feel like a kid all over again, tubing at the Mountain is fast, exhilarating and thoroughly smiled upon. Making it easier to access with more convenient parking, the tubing park has been expanded and relocated to the bottom of the Top Notch run. It's the fastest ride around-Hang on tight.

Cross Country Skiing; Boyne's Nordic Center has become the standard in the Midwest. Just steps from the condo are over 62K of groomed and track set trails through some of the best terrain in the nation. Many trails are lighted and lift access to the top of the mountain is also available for those who prefer an easier and faster time.
